TEC Official Rules – Online Order Promotion  

PROMOTIONAL OFFER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

These Official Rules govern the TEC Online Order Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and TEC’s decisions, which are final. 

1. Eligibility 

Open to legal residents of Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and reside within TEC’s residential service area. A completed online residential order for TEC Fast Fiber Internet is required during the Promotion Period for entry. Employees of TEC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibited by law. “Immediate family members” include spouses, children, grandchildren, parents, grandparents, and siblings of TEC employees or employees’ spouses. 

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion begins December 15, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends January 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. CST (“Promotion Period”). 

3. How to Enter 

Entrants receive one (1) entry by completing an online residential order for TEC Fast Fiber Internet during the Promotion Period. • Orders must be placed online through TEC’s website. • Installation must be completed before the prize is awarded. • Limit one (1) entry per household.  

A purchase or service order is required to enter this Promotion. 

4. Prize 

One (1) winner will receive a $500 Visa Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500. No cash alternative or substitution of prize permitted except at TEC’s discretion. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. 

5. Winner Selection 

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on February 3, 2026. 

6. Winner Notification 

TEC will notify the potential winner by phone using the contact number provided during signup. If the winner cannot be reached within 48 hours, TEC will select an alternate winner. The prize will be delivered after service installation is complete, and the account is active and paid up to date. 

7. Odds of Winning 

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

8. Conditions of Participation 

By participating, entrants agree to: • Allow TEC to verify eligibility and installation status; • Be bound by these rules and TEC’s decisions; • Release TEC from any liability arising from participation or prize use; • Accept that TEC is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical issues, or service delays. 

9. Publicity Release 

Where permitted by law, the winner agrees that TEC may use their first name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. 

10. Privacy 

Entrant information will be used solely for the administration of this Promotion and in accordance with TEC’s Privacy Policy. TEC does not sell entrant data without consent.
