What are tariffs?

Tariffs contain the rates, descriptions, and the terms and conditions of certain services provided by telecommunications carriers. They are filed with a state public utilities commission (for intrastate services) or the Federal Communications Commission (for interstate and international services). Price lists, if available, are located at the end of the tariff.
