We get this question a lot, and we understand it can be frustrating. In many cases, your neighbor may be on a different section of our network—even just a few houses away—and that area was included in a previous buildout. 

Unfortunately, not all areas are part of our current fiber expansion plans. Factors like construction costs, permitting, and infrastructure access can limit where we’re able to extend service. If you haven’t already, be sure to check availability or sign up for updates so we can notify you as soon as fiber is ready at your address.
